Job Description

*Profile – Breakdown Incharge*
Location: Dondi, Balod, Chhattisgarh  
Experience: 1–3Years  
*Requirements*
- Experience in commercial vehicle breakdown/service operations preferred
- Tata Motors Commercial Vehicle (CV) experience will be an added advantage
- Good technical knowledge of commercial vehicles
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good team coordination and customer-handling skills
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferre
*Key Responsibilities*
- Attend commercial vehicle breakdown calls and arrange on-site repairs
- Coordinate with breakdown technicians and mechanics
- Diagnose vehicle issues and ensure timely repairs
- Handle emergency breakdown cases and minimize vehicle downtime
- Maintain breakdown records and service reports
- Coordinate with customers and the workshop team for smooth service operations
