Job Description

• Experience in e-commerce/marketplace operations or customer experience
• Hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart or similar marketplaces
• Good understanding of ratings, reviews, returns & marketplace metrics
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets and reporting skills
• Good communication, coordination & problem-solving skills
• Understanding of pricing, promotions, margins & inventory
• Detail-oriented and proactive approach
• Manage customer reviews, ratings, complaints & returns
• Resolve customer issues by coordinating with internal teams
• Manage product listings, pricing, content & product information
• Monitor inventory, stock availability & replenishment
• Track sales, conversion, returns, cancellations, ratings & delivery performance
• Identify underperforming SKUs and recommend improvement actions
• Prepare regular performance & management reports
• Coordinate with Operations, Product, Quality & Supply Chain teams
