Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
•⁠  ⁠Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential and existing clients
•⁠  ⁠Convert leads into bookings through effective communication
•⁠  ⁠Create customized travel itineraries based on client requirements
•⁠  ⁠Coordinate with vendors (hotels, transport providers, etc.) for bookings and services
•⁠  ⁠Manage end-to-end trip coordination to ensure smooth travel experiences
•⁠  ⁠Maintain strong communication with clients before, during, and after trips


Required Skills & Qualifications:
•⁠  ⁠Good communication skills in English (spoken & written)
•⁠  ⁠Strong coordination and organizational skills
•⁠  ⁠Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
•⁠  ⁠Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email handling, etc.)
