Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
* Understand client requirements and recommend suitable travel destinations, tour packages, and itineraries.
* Ability to design, price, and customize holiday packages
* Strong knowledge of domestic and international holiday destinations
* Respond to customer inquiries, follow up on leads, and resolve customer issues in a professional manner.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
* English communication skills (verbal & written).
* Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
* Basic knowledge of travel destinations, tour packages, and booking processes.
* Ability to handle customer queries and multitask efficiently.
* Proficiency in MS Office, Google sheet; experience with travel booking systems is a plus.
