Job Description

 * Oversee the preparation and submission of all necessary applications for mining leases, environmental clearances, forest clearances, and other statutory permits
 * Ensure all mining operations are in strict compliance with the Mines Act, Coal Mines Regulations
 * Provide timely updates and reports to senior management and external stakeholders on the status of projects and regulatory matters
 * Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with government officials, local communities.
 * Handle Monthly billing of OBR and coal transportation work
 * Must have in depth knowledge of contract handling from commencement to closure.
