Job Description

 * Collaborate with the Estimating team to ensure all project costs are accurate, competitive and profitable.
 * Identify potential commercial, technical, and safety risks within tender documents and propose clear    mitigation strategies.
 * Oversee the full "end-to-end" bid process.
 * Lead clarification meetings and negotiations with the client to secure the contract.
 * Manage relationships with subcontractors and vendors to ensure their quotes meet the technical specifications and budget of the bid.
