Job Description

  • Identify and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery timelines
  • Prepare and process purchase requisitions, RFQs, and purchase orders
  • Negotiate terms, prices, and contracts with vendors
  • Ensure timely procurement of materials, auto parts as per production/operational requirements
  • Maintain accurate purchase records, vendor details, and documentation
  • Coordinate with accounts for invoice verification and payment processing
  • Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stock
  • Handle vendor follow-ups and resolve supply-related issues
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
