Job Description
- Identify and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery timelines
- Prepare and process purchase requisitions, RFQs, and purchase orders
- Negotiate terms, prices, and contracts with vendors
- Ensure timely procurement of materials, auto parts as per production/operational requirements
- Maintain accurate purchase records, vendor details, and documentation
- Coordinate with accounts for invoice verification and payment processing
- Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stock
- Handle vendor follow-ups and resolve supply-related issues
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
