Job Description

* Plan, execute, and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion,
* Manage 3–4 ongoing projects simultaneously across Raipur and nearby areas,
* Lead and manage site teams, including engineers, supervisors, and labor workforce,
* Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure team productivity,
* Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and clients,
* Ensure projects are delivered within timeline, budget, and scope,
* Conduct regular site visits and resolve on-site challenges,
* Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations,
* Prepare project reports, schedules, and progress updates.
