Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with existing customers over calls to understand their requirements
• Share product details, pricing, and relevant information
• Follow up with clients to close enquiries and confirm orders
• Maintain regular contact to identify upcoming requirements 
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions, quotations, and follow-ups
• Training and basic product knowledge will be provided

Skills Required:

• Strong communication skills in Hindi & English (preferred)
• Excellent Communication skills
• Good follow-up and coordination skills
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, WhatsApp)
