Job Description

🔹 Manage day-to-day operations of the driving school as per standards and audit requirements.
🔹 Maintain records of admissions, training schedules, certifications, and reports.
🔹 Ensure proper upkeep of vehicles, simulators, classrooms, and training infrastructure.
🔹 Monitor instructors’ performance and ensure high-quality training & safety standards.
🔹 Conduct evaluations, refresher training, and handle quality/safety escalations.
🔹 Drive enrollments through local marketing, tie-ups & referral programs.
🔹 Achieve monthly & annual revenue targets.
