Job Description

* Manage and coordinate all contractors engaged in hospital finishing and commissioning works.
* Supervise plumbing, electrical, HVAC, medical gas pipeline, false ceiling, flooring, painting, and equipment installation activities.
* Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of all work packages.
* Coordinate with consultants, architects, project teams, vendors, and hospital management.
* Ensure compliance with hospital standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
* Conduct regular site inspections and review contractor performance.
* Resolve site-level issues, delays, and coordination challenges among different agencies.
* Track project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly status reports.
* Ensure proper installation and commissioning of hospital equipment and machinery.
* Verify work quality, measurements, and contractor billing as per project milestones.
* Maintain documentation related to project execution, approvals, and handovers.
