Job Description

Sales & Marketing Executive 
Area to Cover:Raipur
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

     Job Responsibilities

* Handle sales and marketing activities for elevator/lift products and services.
* Attend scheduled meetings with clients, builders, architects, contractors and other potential customers.
* Generate new leads and develop business opportunities across Raipur.
* Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into sales.
* Understand client requirements and present suitable elevator solutions.
* Maintain regular communication and relationships with existing and potential clients.
* Achieve a minimum sales target of 1 lift per month.

     Candidate Requirements

* Candidates from the elevator/lift, construction, real estate, infrastructure or related industry will be preferred.
* Candidates from other industries may also be considered if they have strong sales knowledge and good communication skills.
* Good presentation and convincing skills are essential.
* Should be confident in attending client meetings independently.
* Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
* Should be comfortable travelling within Raipur for client meetings and business development.
