Job Description

• Manage end-to-end purchasing for retail products, materials, and inventory.
• Identify and develop new vendors and suppliers.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, quality, and delivery schedules.
• Source and compare quotations to ensure competitive pricing.
• Place purchase orders and monitor timely deliveries.
• Maintain vendor relationships and evaluate vendor performance.
• Coordinate with stores, warehouse, and sales teams for stock requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
• Track market prices and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain purchase records, vendor details, and reports.
