Job Description

Requirements:
- Experience in e-commerce/marketplace operations or customer experience.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart or similar marketplaces.
- Good knowledge of customer ratings, reviews, returns and marketplace metrics.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets and reporting skills.
- Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of pricing, promotions, margins and inventory.
- Detail-oriented and proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer reviews, ratings, complaints and returns.
- Handle and resolve customer issues by coordinating with internal teams.
- Manage and improve product listings, pricing, content and product information.
- Monitor inventory, stock availability and replenishment.
- Track sales, conversion, returns, cancellations, ratings and delivery performance.
- Identify underperforming products/SKUs and suggest improvement actions.
- Prepare regular performance and management reports.
- Coordinate with Operations, Product, Quality and Supply Chain teams to improve customer experience and business performance.
