Job Description

* Handle day-to-day maintenance requirements of the residential colony.
* Attend to maintenance complaints related to plumbing, electrical work, and other household issues.
* Coordinate with plumbers, electricians, carpenters, technicians, and other service providers.
* Arrange and schedule technicians to visit the concerned house/location.
* Follow up with service providers to ensure timely completion of maintenance work.
* Maintain records of complaints, completed work, and pending maintenance issues.
* Coordinate with residents and management regarding maintenance-related concerns.
