Job Description

Requirements
- ITI / Diploma / Graduate in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred
- Experience in an automobile workshop preferred
- Experience with Tata Commercial Vehicles will be an added advantage
- Good customer handling and communication skills
- Basic technical knowledge of vehicle servicing and repairs
- Good coordination and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and understand vehicle service requirements
- Prepare job cards and repair estimates
- Coordinate with technicians and the workshop team
- Monitor repair progress and ensure timely vehicle delivery
- Provide regular service updates to customers
- Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally
- Maintain service records and ensure customer satisfaction
